The laboratory is geared at development and innovation from the very beginning. We had to meet the rigorous requirements of the Hahs Protodens Implanting & Orthodontics Clinic.

Today, with the combination of the state-of-the-art equipment with the most up-to-date technologies, we can offer a range of services of absolute top quality.

The offer includes any type of dentistry prosthetic appliances, both permanent and removable, including crowns, bridgework, and dentures made of quality material supplied by 3M, Vita, Degussa, Nobel Biocare, Hafnera, or Dentaurum.

All types of alloys are used in the permanent prostheses. We are one of Poland's few laboratories to make titanium and Procera AllCeram full porcelain dentures (we work with a Swedish laboratory on the latter).

Porcelain

Porcelain enables to achieve a natural result quickly. The dye lasts, and is easy to match. Thus, porcelain is considered an extraordinary filling: one can hardly tell the difference between the porcelain and the adjacent natural teeth.

The porcelain appliances can have either all-ceramic or metal-based structure (including steel alloys, gold, or titanium), or they can be surface-welded onto non-metallic surfaces (translucent, including aluminium oxides, glass).

Procera AllCeram porcelain is particularly recommend. The crowns, which we co-produce with the Swedish laboratory, have light transparency similar to that of natural teeth. So is their durability and extremely precise adjustment. The colour remains unchanged also in the UV light for perfect aesthetics.

 

Titanium

Titanium is an extraordinary denture prosthesis material. It is corrosion resistant, has limited thermal capacity (meaning no high / low temperature is detected), and does not irritate the oral cavity tissue. Additionally, titanium is light, and sticks to the surface tightly.

 

Galvanic gold

The galvanic gold made crowns and bridgework ensure a very good aesthetic effect. They fit perfectly, and their thickness is very small. Moreover, they do not irritate the oral cavity tissue. The galvanic gold appliances are especially suitable for allergy sufferers.
